Good stuff mate.

Loving the look of that chicken on the grill, it's making me so hungry right now. I've always thought, give a Caribbean guy some chicken, spices, some charcoal and an oil drum and you're on to a guaranteed winner :D

I guess you blend your own seasonings? Are we talking top secret family recipes or something you might be persuaded to share? ;)

Hi Guy,

I don't believe in secret recipes, I feel that seasonings, sauces and rubs are meant to be sharing by all and to all, if I create somethink really nice it great if other people can enjoy it, and also have a go at creating their own. If your confident in what you do it no problem in sharing because no two recipes or dishes will have the same outcome. I'll post a few recipes and dishes next week. Regarding the BBQ drums they're made my a guy in South London.
