Hi all,
I'm a complete cooking newbie from Surrey. I own a Weber One Touch but there's no method to my grilling, I've never been a cook other than being able to pierce sleeves and pop something on 800w for two minutes. However the good lady has bought me a WSM for my birthday so I'm looking to become a master smoker and griller by next summer.
This seems just the place to get me started.

Ditto to Keith's comments, it's a lot of fun doing the learning.
I'm on the edge of Surrey & was also given a WSM for my birthday in August. Really enjoying the learning experience and of course the taste of the food. I could already cook, bit of a curry fanatic, so looking for ways to combine the two
