Made some Juicy Lucy burgers after watching an old episode of Man Vs Food, came out way better than expected. Basic steak mince mixed with powdered onion, garlic, slat and pepper, made 4 1/4lb burgers and then placed a good handful of cheese in the middle and put another burger on top, squeezed between two sides plates and sealed the edges for good measure

The finished article topped with bacon and more cheese in-between a new M&S brioche bun, ended up being of MvF size too, not to mention super tasty, will be doing them again, probably without the extra cheese
