Hi

New on here, as I commented earlier we are looking to learn more about what UK BBQers are after.

My site is http://www.meatpacks.co.uk

Coming into BBQ season we have started to look at other types of meat to offer.
We now have whole flat briskets, boston butts, and various bulk pork rib options.

We've noticed an increase in online butchers but want to make sure were are doing a bit more, and offering more than the usual supermarket range. We send next day across mainland UK and you can choose your exact delivery date.

New customers can also have 10% off, using the discount code 'first' at checkout.

That's enough company blurb for now, hope the rain holds off for the Bank Hol

Thanks for reading

Can you get the thicker "packer style briskets as my locally sourced ones tend to be a little thin?

Hi

We currently sell what we call a 'Whole Flat Brisket' it's a fair sized bit of meat, average weight 2.75kg and is not rolled or trimmed, ready for you to cut it how you like. Some prefer to leave fat on and not turn it, others trim and turn during cooking. :D

We do local delivery at a reduced cost of £3.50.

Looks like a good alternative to your local butcher, certainly more choice and probably less embarrassment

How many racks are there typically in a babyback box?
