Hi All,

The only BBQ'ing I've ever done has been on my Weber 57cm BBQ and cook with the blue bag charcoal restaurant from Makro. I've yet to venture in to the low and slow territory but it's something I'd definitely like to foray into once I get the basics down.

Looks like a great community here and I look forward to participating .
