Amen to that steve, hopefully the bbbqs competition will get big enough to entise our friends from across the pond over and after that hopefully british bbq culture will get more sophisticated, i'm convinced toby is plotting an evil plan to secretly build 1 of these futuristic machines and smuggle it into bbbqs competition.

We've got a way to go before we will get people spending serious money on cooking rigs yet but I hope we can really start to move things along this year...
