An excellent article, not helped by the reading of it at 6am as I start work, and in the knowledge I won't be eating good barbecue till mid November :(
Wonderful pictures, even in the thumbnails 8-) There is something lacking though and that's scratch & sniff technology. :D Just out of interest Ben, just HOW MUCH persuasion did Cuan need?
