Has anyone tried brisket from Booker?

Yes i've cooked them a few times and i've had some good results with them. I'll be using them for my comp' practice cooks over the winter.

Cool - is there anything special to ask for? Do you just get a whole rolled brisket and unroll it?

They should have them prepacked already rolled in the fridge. If you look at them end on and try and find the one with the thickest flat, when you get it home unroll it and you'll be good to go.
