ETI BlueTherm Duo

Post by JEC »

Just been catching up on events, been rather busy over the last few weeks, and will be for the next 2 months :(

Looking at a thread over on the Brethren and surprised not to have seen a mention of the new ETI BlueTherm Duo on here, especially given it's UK design etc...

Here's a picture from the Brethren

Looks like an awesome alternative to the Maverick, especially given the current reliability issues

All I need to know now is how much?!

As Toby said its been known about for well over a year. Alan brought the single probe version to Rudgwick last year to demo to the teams.

It's been talked about a fair bit on the circuit, however as Peter (ETI MD) is a member on here I think people have preferred to wait for his announcement rather than spoil their moment.

I for one can't wait for the launch!

The BlueTherm Duo has been a long time coming, but I am pleased to say Apple have now approved the BlueTherm hardware, so we can now start to market the two channel wireless thermometer. The unit is wireless in terms of sending temperatures to your phone or laptop. The BlueTherm is both Apple and Android compatible.

During the autumn we will be writing a BBQ App for the BlueTherm.

This going to be a must have thermometer for next season - add it to your Christmas list! ;)

I'm guessing it is Bluetooth based - hence the name?
