Welcome BFD - once you get the bug...................... it's like a craving that needs a fix
I find the autumn/winter cooks the most satisfying as the dampness in the air holds onto the smell of the smoke making it linger for longer and the whole tucking into the best comfort food ever, while it is gloomy outside, is priceless

I must admit I'm looking forwards to the Christmas BBQ, don't know how many of the family will be here, but certainly there will be Turkey & Rib of Beef on the BBQ & Rotisserie. So all you mentors best get ready for some really "stoopid" day one newbie questions....

We lived in, or near, Senacre; I went to both of the schools (the secondary had been demolished last time I drove past) and then later Oakwood Park across town.

I used to use the White Horse in senacre when i lived in Shepway, small world huh, anyways nice to get such a warm welcome and i have no doubts about taken advice from you guys and girls. Thanks again.
