Lifespan of wood and charcoal

Postby SmokerRH » 17 Dec 2016, 12:42

Hi,

Is there a lifespan for when smoking woods and charcoal should be used by? I bought some apple wood, cherry woods over a year ago and not had the chance to use it all. I presume they would still be good to use. I also bought some BIG K charcoal over a year ago and still have a couple of bags left. Again. I presume these will still be good to use.

Thanks again all.
