Best charcoal for a WSM

Hi all,
I'm looking to buy the best charcoal for my WSM smoker. I intend to smoke a pork shoulder/butt and am conscious that I need to maintain good steady heat for several hours.
On the WSM forum people talk about Kingsford Charcoal Briquets but I can see they aren't available in the UK.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a suitable alternative? Restaurant grade I'm assuming I need but I'm honestly not sure. What I don't want to buy is basic supermarket or Big K charcoal as previously I have been disappointed with it.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Paul

Heat beads are awesome if you're going briquettes

Restaurant grade charcoal (lump wood) I find I can't get enough in my WSM 47 for really long cooks. Restaurant grade pieces are basically just bigger pieces lumpwood than normal grade charcoal.
