For those that do not have time for a full slow cook, French's® have come up with a great way to achieve a quick and easy pulled pork sandwich
Prep Time: 15 mins  Cooking Time: 35 mins  Servings: 4

Ingredients

500 g pork fillet (tenderloin)
250 ml French's® Classic BBQ Sauce
4 Kaiser or hamburger rolls
500 g tub prepared coleslaw
Sweet pickles

 Directions

1. Grill pork over medium-high heat for 20-30 minutes or until well-browned and no longer pink in the centre (65°C internal temperature). Let rest for 10 minutes.
2. Cut meat into 3-inch pieces. Shred meat into bite-size pieces. Transfer to saucepan.
3. Stir in the barbecue sauce; heat through. Serve on rolls with coleslaw and pickles
Tip: Serve with French’s® Smooth & Spicy mustard

BBQ Tip

Tips for seasoning your meat: Dry rubs should be applied generously to meat as the intense flavour of the spices is mellowed by cooking. When cooked at high heat, the rub will create a crust of flavour that locks in the juices and flavours the meat. If you prefer wet rubs, cook the meat slowly and at lower heat to better allow the flavour to penetrate the meat.  You can then crank the heat in the oven for the last 15 minutes of cooking to create a crispy outer crust. Try this cooking technique with French’s Sweet & Tangy BBQ sauce and chicken.
