it is. in our may event I had 5 completely new teams that i was helping, they all cooked on 1 WSM using one of these. With heatbeads the WSM chugged away from 8pm until 2pm and still had enough fuel left for hours more fun!

Apart from building your own it is probably the most cost effective solution. I am also looking forward to having a play with the 120 which has just been released.

Ok Toby will do.
Thanks.

Keith. I have never really needed one, I have never had a problem with controling the temps, BUT today the missus wants to smoke and roast some butternuts for soup tomorrow. She has set it all up and its going fine, but she wont leave it in case the temp fluctuates too much. I wont be home till about 8pm, so she is babysitting it.
Hence her suggestion to go and get my Xmas present.

Ha. Ha. Me and my big mouth.
Lit the smoker at 04:30, 12lb shoulder on at 05:10. 07:10 pit temp has hit 300F, 08:15 pit temp 220F and dropping. Missus is killing herself laughing.

She is laughing because I told the smoker (Suzi) that I was getting a IQ, then it went ballistic. I have never seen the temps seesaw as they did.
