Only saturday night and sunday, best if people email me times that they expect to arrive and see what we can sort out between us.

Not sure how much you would need or how much I will have but I don't think I will be allowed to use it so if you still need it when I get there Sunday I may able to help with a couple of logs.

Did you have a go with the Chestnut I gave you?

I'm using the chest nut as we speak on one cooker and walnut on another. Didn't realise that I was out of oak...what do you mean you might not be allowed to use it? What can't you use?

Fantastic . Thank you both ! I have been so busy with the business and a wedding that I'm catering for on Saturday morning that I've had to leave competition things to the very last minute. I have to cook 3 Donnie Brasco pork shoulders,16 Boston butts, 8 briskets , 40 kg ribs, 40 chickens and 20 kg sausages before I leave Brighton at lunch time on Saturday.

Shit the bed!!! I though my wedding was big!

The Jambo emits too much smoke when firing up for the council at 08:30 hrs, it's the rules so I'm cool with that. Gonna be a first trying it with restaurant lump.
