What a great weekend again with our extended BBQ family!
Congratulations to John and Si at BBQ Shack for their 3rd GC in a row! Unstoppable mate! I'm definately bringing you a Pork Pie next time!
Congratulations to everyone else who competed, and a massive thanks to Toby again, for his patience and hard work getting this together.
Soon be end of July boys and girls! :D

So to put the record straight on this and despite all the rumours on restrictions the Local Authority was very accommodating, permitting the Jambo, Train, All Offsets and WSM's to emit smoke. They also permitted local camping for event staff and the timings for vehicles on and off were well managed and on schedule.

Sounds like not only a great weekend but a massive promotion of the low and slow (as well as the grilling of course!) maybe a few more teams will come out of it too 8-)
