This is a great way to use up leftover brisket...the gift that Keeps on giving. It is my own recipe but inspired by reading lots of other recipes.

This is the finished product :P

Recipe is as follows:

1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsb black ground pepper

Saute onions, garlic, and pepper and fresh chili until tender in olive oil with salt in a Large cooking pot over medium-high heat.

While this is saute’ing mix spices together and add to pot, cooking for 1 more minute. Add meat, tomatoes, kidney beans, wine and Worchester Sauce. Bring to simmer and then maintain simmer for at least 2 hours.

Serving
Serve on it’s own with sour cream, on the side and grated cheese if you wish. Can also be served with rice, bread or tortilla chips.

Don't know if you've ever considered this, but whenever I make a chilli - using a pretty similar recipe to yours, I always throw in a slab of dark chocolate as well. Give it a try!
