Burger Recipe

Good old British Beef, you can't beat it! Of course Brisket is the American BBQ favorite but recipes for any cut are welcome here.

You won't get any easier than this.

Mince from the butchers - (80/20 meat/fat ratio)
Little bit of bone marrow

mix a little bone marrow into the burger mix and mix well and that is all, season both sides of the burger as you cook, 6 minutes turning every 40/50 seconds.

let burgers rest for 2 minutes on bosh!
