Sirloin steak

Haven't smoked for over a month now due to one thing or the other, but for Sunday dinner I decided to smoke some sirloin in the smoker for 15 mins before I pan fried it with oil and butter. served with homemade pepper sauce and boy, what a combination of flavours.....beautiful.

Done it again yesterday, rib-eye this time, smoked it for the same time....nice and low so it didn't cook around 180-200 F, sealed them in the fridge and cooked them today for Sunday Dinner....does a day's rest intensify the flavour?...Hek yes :D .....also means you don't have to worry about smoking the steaks while pan frying them at the same time ;)
