They look very tasty indeed. It's one of those things, you listen to the list of ingredients and imagine how they'd taste.

Watched this on TV this morning, was a little snooty about it as he used an OVEN (amateur :lol: ) but they looked fantastic. Thinking about doing this glaze on the last bit of smoking instead of BBQ sauce.

Have to agree in part Steve certainly more than one way to cook ribs, as to the other the only way I know is to seperate the cat from its skin ;)
