Good evening/morning all,
The dream, to start my own mobile BBQ smoker catering company. The reality, I still can't decide whether I want a stick burner or a pellet grill for the backyard cooks!
I've lurked on here unregistered for quite a while in an attempt to help answer my above question. But still to no avail. So I thought best to start asking my own questions, and see where it takes me.
