Have been bbqing over charcoal for years for family and friends, recently converted to gas Weber and think its pretty fantastic for speed, convenience and results. Bought a 6 rack Bradley last year to get into low and slow cooking and again results are pretty impressive for both hot and cold smoking. My son uses a BBQMates trailer smoker for his biz and I was thinking about trying to get one fabricated locally on the Wirral but no luck so far - the old Smithys that were dotted about are a dying breed!

I found an old post from "All Weather Griller"back in 2011 referring to a welder who fabricates similar BBQ's under the name Sherwood Smokers, any of you guys able to point me in the right direction to getting a decent heavy gauge steel smoker fabricated?
Thanks
