Hi everybody from Northamptonshire
Posted: 07 Jul 2016, 11:58Hi all my name is Shawn I've been bbqing for 30 years I'm a butcher and farmer by trade and cook all my own meat. This weekend it's going to be 9 week old suckling pig off our our oxfords x saddle backs will be cooked on wsm .i have webber summit and wsm and have just ordered a Yoder pellet grill can't wait to have a go.looking forward to getting to know the people on this forum
