Howdy from N.Ireland

I'm Vic and every now and again I need a challenge. Well, it's hot smoking this time and if all goes well I should be around for a few seasons trying to prefect this art. Glad to find a bbq/smoking community in the UK, so I look forward to building my first smoker this summer with the help from you good folks.
