I'm Simon, from Leeds.

Been grilling for 20 years+ and not got bored of it as yet - even though it's been great summer and we've been lighting up nearly every weekend for four months now. I barbecue all year round, and only stop when it's proper freezing in December/January.

I'm planning to have a go at smoking during the autumn and may need help

Just yell, I'm 45 mins from Leeds and there at least two or three times per week. I have some good sources of meats which aren't too far from you.

Likewise, I BBQ all year round (Hence the name). Looking forward to your posts.
