I've always loved BBQ's but only in the last year have i leant about the slow and low approach which the times i've tried it has worked great.

I've been using a few recipes from bbqweb.com which has helped me make a great set of ribs & chicken. Now i'm wanting to take on a brisket and pork butt, so if anyone can give me any tip's i'll be happy to hear from you.

Hi Ed,

Welcome to the forum. I have seen a few of the BBQWEB dart calm vids too. A good way in to this style. I love the fact he uses the same machete style knife for everything.

Look forward to your posts.
