Postby Irish BBQ » 27 Jul 2010, 09:41

Hi All

Its a great pleasure to become a member of the forum and i have enjoyed reading posts by other members. I am extremly interested in the low and slow method of BBQ-ing and i am definitly caught up with the excitment of the process.

I have many questions as i am a newbie and look forward to chatting with many of you.

Thanks

Karl :D
