Hi, I'm David1, I live in Northants and I have a New Braunfels smoker, a Weber Grill (oh and a Gas BBQ for quickies lol). I make my own rubs and marinades.

How do you decide what spices to include in your rubs?
Do you like Hot and spicy or sweet and smoky?
It would be interesting to hear what the judges prefer.
