I have been cooking outdoors for some time now, and have recently found this forum.
I have a kingsford rectangular hooded grill, weber 47cm kettle (around 8yrs+ old) and new addition (yet to use) Kingsford 57cm kettle.
I will be cooking for around 40ish people for my sons 16th birthday party at the weekend. I have good list of tried & trusted receipies which I'll post later, but any suggestions are welcome
I did my first ever pork shoulder on the weber yesterday - around 5hrs - wasn't quite ready for pulling, but tasted great anyway
Now back to work........
