My name's Chris and I'm part of a two man (well, one man, one woman) team that started competing in the UK circuit last year.
I've always had a love of all things BBQ but like most in the UK, i thought a good Barbie consisted of the odd steak or burger. I have since been enlightened to a whole new world of cooking.
I've met many fun, excentric and friendly people over the last 12 months and I can say with a certain degree of pride that I'm a certified BBBQS junkie. We have such a good time whilst not taking things too seriously.
