hi everyone

So glad to finally find a Britsh bbq website, as most of the other sites ive found all american..

I live in reading if anyone else out there does give my a shout as it would be good to meet up with some bbq brothers LOL,
At the mo have only got a weber kettle but it does the job, would love a wsm or another dedicated smoker, so if any ones got a pro q for sale Please inform me as ive got a BIG family and every is cussing as i cant have them all around at the same time as not enough grilling space....

have smoked my fair share of ribs, joints of pork or beef and then after that i had the bug...
got myself a maverick t72 ( think thats it, the new one) but havent got round to using it yet ( yeah i know LOL)
but cant wait to crack that bad boy open and grill me a perfect brisket (havent done one of those yet)

my freinds call me the bbq king LOL but im ready to take notes from the pros lol

" I always get ma fuel from K-mart "

thus glad found this site..
