Hi all,
Greetings from down here in sunny ish Sussex (Hastings), been cooking long & slow in a 20+ year old inherited Weber kettle for several years now, after discovering real BBQ in Tennessee.
I recently went shopping for an offset smoker so I could do proper low n slow smoking. I bought the Landmann Kentucky smoker, which now having read a few posts on here isn't everyone's favourite, but is working well for me at the moment.
