Let me start the ball rolling with Mr Mark Gevaux AKA "The Ribman"

You may already know of him but i just had to post

Mark is part of of the London "Kerb" scene and can be found bbq'ing pulled pork rib rolls along with other tasty morsels fresh from a stall in Kings Cross every Thursday & Brick Lane every Sunday. He produces not only fantastic ribs for the hungry masses from early morning up until around lunch time when he invariably runs out but blow your mind hot sauces ranging from the mild "Mother Inferior" his newest sauce, way up to the weapons grade "Judusisscaryhot" a special order ramped up version of his "Holy Mother of God" sauce coming in its own blast proof container & available from his web shop.

The ribman has a massive following & has won awards locally but he was also given the golden seal of approval from non other than food networks Mr Adam Richman of MvF fame on a recent visit to the uk. Clearly Mark has a passion for food along with a good if not strictly PC sense of humour based on the names of his sauces but believe me they are no joke. He has an obvious talent for both ribs and sauce. He likes them hot but not just for the sake of watching people melt his sauces are rich in flavour and a must try.

I can unfortunatley only comment on the scariest of his sauces as this is only one i have tried but i aim to remedy that shortly....... yes its scary hot but keeps you going back for more, he holds his recipes as closley gaurded secrets and i couldnt begin to try and pick out the ingredients but i can tell you it is Naga based, complex , rich and fruity with a very distinctive nose and flavour........you just gotta give him a visit either in person or online.

For all u hot heads

Mark is currently trying to find the funding to expand his kitchen and therefore his production capacities

It ain't just a one way street for each pledge he receives he gives back a selection of his highly acclaimed sauces and if ur feeling particularly generous he will cater a party of 50 at ur house!

why not take a look and help out a fellow bbqer

As shown on another thread recently.
He is also outside either Citipoint or the Gherkin, on a Thursday or Friday.
