This is the cooker that I have used for the last 5 years. I just sold it and am in the process of building my new rig.

WOW! That looks immaculate.

If you build another could you keep a blog of it, I for one would be really interested. I saw a lot of rigs at the Royal and would love to know how they are built.

Yes my cookers are insulated. They cook the same at 5 below zero as they do at 95 dergees outside and are not effected by wind rain or snow.

This is why I hope we can build the BBQ culture in the UK. Insulated cookers are almost unheard of here but given the crappy weather we get, they're what we need. I can't wait for the day I own an insulated cooker :D
