ProQ Frontier for Christmas

Postby Alice's Restaurant » 25 Dec 2010, 11:56

Yayyyyy! Kelvin finally opened all his prezzies -- he was completely suprised and glad he didn't have to build one himself. We fired it up just now to season it. Chicken practice starts tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing what other goodies you all got for Christmas.

Here is Kelvin with his new Frontier:

We'll post some first cooks in the week...looking forward to starting tomorrow. :D

Hi Doc,

This note is not from Alice but the BBQ receiver! Kelvin.

Can't get better than woman who buys you a smoker - two chickens so far and brisket tomorrow.

Thanks for all the advice, our Maverik probe is stuck at Heathrow - no Christmas spirit at HM customs. Hopefully we will see you at Tongham next March.

Kelvin,

I do hope you appreciate all the advance work that Alice put into your gift. Lots of questions here from her so she would be sure she got everything right.

All of Alice's research paid off, two perfect chickens and just about to carve up a brisket.

Best christmas present - always wanted a hobby centered around a beer in the garden.

Lots better than mowing grass or pulling weeds, ain't it?
