New toy arrived yesterday from Georgia.
Superior Smoker SS1.

Started her up for seasoning .............50 hours later the temperature started to drop from 240 :o :o :o
With one chute full of coal.(3 x 4kg bags). What a cooker I am very impressed.

Just wondering where you have your cooker. With the roof over it I would say you have a building just for BBQ. Something like I started just before winter here. Trouble with the roll up door and then a ton of snow. So the FEC is still in the trailer for now.

That's excellent Jim. My first problem is the cooker won't fit in my trailer because the wheels are slightly too wide. So it's either fit new wheels or buy a new trailer.

Was planning on using the existing trailer we have Al, but the wheels on the smoker are too wide to go in so I think I am going to fit different wheels to the four legs. Then it should fit.
