Very sturdy stuff as you can imagine :) I saw one version which was about 2m across at the Christmas market in Birmingham last year. It had a hoist do you could lift it to alter temperature and add coals etc.

I've just been looking at these, they're a bit different but look amazing :)

I've just had a look at the Green Eggs as well - I see your Avatar pic is one. What are they actually like to use? As good as the website suggests? IF so, have you tried pizza's in it - cos if I can do pizzas in an egg, then I may change my plans and divert funds to an Egg and not build a WBO or separate grill...

Or if funds permit you could have a WSM or Egg for low and slow and a Kettle type BBQ (Weber Original) for fast and furious. This would provide the heat you need for a pizza. Weber actually do a pizza stone that goes in their grill.

I'm very new to smoking... Only one under my belt on the 47cm webber and I have to say it was super easy to keep at a steady temp for 12 hrs.... Seems to be very well engineered plus you can always use as a grill as well. My mate has the small egg and said it is really too small - will only do a couple of peoples worth of grub, maybe 4 at a push... For the cash the webber is awesome if you don't have the time or em where to build your own

That looks great - I went through to the Fornetto website and had a better look, they've got videos on there too. Well worth a discussion with the boss I reckon :) Thanks
