Might be a good bit of kit and would not want to knock the product, but at that sort of money I'll be sticking to my two fire bricks in my kettle (they cost $4) and work really well.

Imitation being the sincerest form of flattery, how long before a UK based version appears.

It's a great idea but very expensive IMHO.

Agreed, still use my kettle and bricks as well as the wsm, dedicated smoker is easier but still great result from "Kelly kettle" & yes I know I'm sad for an naming them...!
