What are the dimensions of the Smokenator?

Width (at top - cooking grate level)
Width (at bottom - charcoal grate level)

What are the dimensions of the water tub?

Depth
Width
Height

How much water does the water tub hold when full, or up to the recommended leve (in ml)?
