After 1 month I finally have some pictures of my Oval XL in action.
Hopefully I am following Steve's advice correctly to post these pictures.

It is an awesome piece of kit and bar far and away the best device I have sever cooked on, anywhere.
It is so versatile and efficient on fuel.

Great pictures of great food.

Anything which can cook 10 racks of baby backs is OK in my book! Great pics.

O to be at home now with my smoker or Weber instead of being at work. The food looks so good and my wife is off to Costco today and getting some ribs. I can’t wait to cook them after seeing for pictures.

Awesome grill/smoker! I have the oval XL myself.....the company is located near me just outside of Atlanta, Ga.. Love it!
