Very cool. Are you going to mod it to become a smoker or use it as is for now? What's the first cook planned?!

Gonna see how he goes "as is" for now.....got a great recipe for curry goat......Levi Roots styley. Then take it from there, will need to find another grate and a domed lid from somewhere to make it into a smoker....probably end up around the same size as a mini WSM.

If your doing the Levi Roots curried goat - can I suggest doubling the heat - it is very mild (and I
am not a chilli head)

But lots of flavour to it!

Any one in Birmingham for the next 3 days there is a Levi Roots Caribbean festival - lots of Jerk and ribs.
Going tomorrow to check it out.

I have noticed this with a lot of his recipes and always pepp them a little :D
