After seeing all those shiny new big green eggs at Grillstock I'm beginning to wish I'd waited and bought one of those instead of my WSM, don't get me wrong the WSM is great but I just really like the concept of the ceramic cookers, all I need to do now is find the £££'s to get one, will probably have to lose the WSM and Weber Kettle though can't justify (too myself) having all three

I'm always in the market for another smoker Al ;)

Also have you got that Kamado Joe at your house as I'm very interested in ceramic cookers and wouldn't mind a play if possible.

Mmm...ceramic! I just couldn't pony up the serious £££'s for a BGE though!

However, I do keep thinking about a homemade version utilising a dustbin and a smaller vessel as a mould and then figuring out how to A) make terracotta and B) how to pour and kiln it!!!!!
