This is the best picture I could get of Miss P's BBQ all-point brisket with mustard bbq sauce and home made slaw in a rich, sunshine coloured bap. Man that was juicy and good eating. Foiled and faux cambro'd so no real bark except I had the first bit which had a nice crunchy bit left. Soft and drippy. Amazing. The mustard bbq sauce was nice with it. Really wanna go when beef ribs are the special.

The st. Louis cut ribs were todays special. Not so taken with them. There's a spice seems to be in all pork rubs that I don't like. I think it's cayenne possibly. This had it. Meat was beautiful in texture for pulled pork I think it could have done with being a little bit more bite as the bones barely made it to the box. A fine size portion with the beautiful belly meat and rendered fatty goodness oozing everywhere. Enjoyable but not fantastic. Had the hot bbq sauce with this which was vinegary sharp with an attack at the back of the throat in an almost carribean sweet heat. Not sure I'd choose it again wouldn't mind trying the original. Found the slaw out of the bun to be incredibly creamy, slightly sickly. Best in the bun rather than 'skinny' without. I chose the ribs without thinking I'd miss out on chewing the bones but turns out the bones fall out anyway so it would have been just meat and the odd bit of cartilage anyway.
I would highly recommend them though for the brisket alone. The end came off the brisket and both guys serving decided they were going to have that for lunch until the ribs came out and then the dilemma started.
All cooked on 3 weber smokey mountains but they're getting a custom built smoker soon as currently only able to do one rack of ribs (not a fan of rib racks). The other special was pork belly.
