I know rubs can be kept in air tight containers for up to a year. I read that as long as yiu can smell it you can taste it. Obviously I think the year would be probably too long anyway if u made up a big batch of a marinade that was contaminated with raw meat do you reckon tiu could freeze it in suitable containers fir. Good few months? :?:

If it had been in contact with raw product then myself would not use it, With rubs Ill try and keep one hand in the rub pot the other rubbing the meat.

Marinade's Once finished I wont use again.

Sorry that. Was miss tyoes. I ment if u made A marinade that was uncontaminated could it be frozen. Because same with most things its quicker to make one big batch of something and freeze it for later use. Just wondered if it was the same for marinades.
