Made a chilli using leftover pulled pork and its was really good, I'm gunna tweak it a little bit though as it wasn't hot enough for me but the flavour was good and you could taste the different layers of chillies, I'll probably add more chipotle and some New Mexico red chili powder to spice it up a little more

Leftover pulled pork?

Doesn't exist in our house ;)

Where do you get your dried chillies from?

Sorry for the late reply, I got them from chillies on the web they were a good price, I've used the recipe quite a bit now in different rubs and chilli's and really like it
