Here's a recipe for hot sauce, I made some like it recently. Some of you may have tried it. The ingredients listed will yield about a litre depending on how generous you are with the peppers or how long you cook it for. When I made it last I used chocolate habs and morouga scorpions because I like it hot I also used smoked garlic powder made by Seasoned pioneers.
• 1 Cup Dried fruit
• 1 ¾ Cup Water
• 1 Cup Tomato
• ¾ Cup Vinegar
• ½ Tsp Mustard powder
• ½ Tsp Coriander
• 1 ½ Tsp Mustard
• 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
• ½ Tsp Garlic powder
• Chilli Peppers
I go through phases of making hot sauce and at the moment I'm emptying my freezer of peppers (so I can put fresh ones in later this year ) I'll post more recipes as I come up with them if you're interested?
