50 gm flour
175 gm ground almonds
225 gm sugar
225 gm butter
4 eggs
Blits the sugar and butter together until creamy. Add eggs and whilst still mixing, add flour and almonds.Grease a pan and place stoned peaches and blackberries in pan. Cover with cake mix and sprinkle with caster sugar. Place in smoker at 350 and bake until golden and firm. Whip up some double cream with icing sugar and JD and spoon over your bakery.
