Just made my own version of Brunswick stew with my left over competition meat and it was fantastic. Try it out. I used half a pork butt and almost the same of brisket(finely chopped) Big pot, chicken and veg stock, new potatoes, carrots, onions, baby corn, leeks, corgettes, bacon fat(finely chopped), your favourite BBQ sauce, Worcester sauce, your favourite hot sauce (to taste) and season to taste.
