For my birthday I was taken to an american style diner in Covent Garden called Diner. The food was pretty good, but I fell in love with the broiche buns they used for the burgers. Firstly has anyone got a tried and tested recipe, and secondly what do people used to shape the buns whilee cooking? Due to brioche being quite a wet dough, You really need to try and use a ring, or a bun pan like this one..

I was thinking that small spring form tins might work well, but at £4 each, £24 for 6 is pretty expensive.
Any ideas? They have to be quite tall too..
