Hi Larry,
Thanks for the links they all look great, and a great basis to amend with a little meat!! LOL I really dont think i could just eat a vegetarian meal but have to cook them more often than not so some great ideas. As long as i am cooking a nice brisket at the same time i do not think the shakes will be too bad............
